Tell the truth, do you read them or just skip onto the next one. Why doesn't Boards have a text limit coz some people really do waffle on and on and on and on and on........ I think 200 words would be a good limit for a post, it's surely enough to get your point across, or tell a story or whatever the post concerns.

I would but I'm still pretty new here and i get the feeling that newbies aren't really listened to,

But I think it would be good to have a limit on the character you could enter into the text box,
anyway i just wanted to see what other people thought of the idea and whether I'm not alone in completely fast forwarding long-winded posts

No I think it's 50,000 characters. Having the limit in words doesn't make sense.
