How can I save a realplayer video clip into quicktime or avi?

    Anyone know how I could save a realplayer clip (i've recorded from a tv programme) in either avi or quicktime. I need to do this so my web developer can convert it to flash and post it on my website.

    download cinemaforge from download.cnet
    that should convert most things.
