Get in in a time machine and go 2 years into the future and then you will find your answer.

You would want to askthem that, anyone I know does not load anyway. Norma ammo is very good factory.

    So too is hornady.

OP, its an old act that is due to be updated.
Same reason makes fireworks etc illegal in this country.

the next 18 months - 2 years will tell the rest of the story either way.

In the mean time, by Norma, Lapua or Hornady if you want to have a go at comps.

"...how do they close it?" What does that mean? If you mean how can there be fireworks at St Patrick's events etc, there's a licensing system in place.

Gun powder is governed by the explosives act.

A licence can be obtained for firework displays, Difficult to get. Most companies that do displays are English and only for St.Patricks which a permit might be sought months in advance

The act is been currently revised, 18 months and it should be getting voted on.
