most pitch & putt or par 3 courses will sell them for approx €1-€1.50 each, alot of the time they're in a big bin you can root through yourself try find the odd hidden gem
like yesterday I got 5 for €5 in the new par 3 in Marlay Park (€1.30 each)

I've used ebay, you can get good usable balls. Make sure they're pearl or at least A grade.

I only buy balls on ebay.

Been getting srixon green soft feel.

Grade Peral or "A" usually get them for around the Euro mark. Make sure the seller has a 95% approval rating or better and lots of sales. I have not been disappointed yet. Make sure you specify I particular ball only or you will get a mixed batch. That was my first and only mistake.

Usually buy a box of 50 for about €45 inc postage...
