Do i have to pay for training like a pilot if so are there any atc schools?? What is the best way to go about it and what are the job prospects like???

    Thanks in advance

no thankfully ATC in most countries are operated by semi sate/private companies that train you at their expence.
the training normally takes about two years here is the link for the IAA recruitment process also you would be required to pass a class 1 med.
