    Evening All

    possibly against the rules and if so apologies and please delete!!!!

    I ordered 2 tubs of protein from myprotein, cookies and cream and mint choc, unfortunately i was a bit of a spa and presumed i would like them.......i don't :)

    there a couple of scoops missing from each drum and anyone here that can make use of them is more than welcome to them. again if this is against rules just shout, i just didn't wanna see them go to waste!!

    I've got a bag of about 3-4kg of powdered oats from MyProtein if anyone wants them. Good until January 2011.

    This is why I would recommend getting unflavoured whey and the flavouring separately. Even if you do like the flavour you might want it at different strengths day to day.
