    hi, looking for a bit of advice, im not the fitest person in the world, i walk everyday and do a bit of cycling.
    my problem is im 'top heavy' big boobs, quite broad back and unfortunately all my weight goes straight to boobs and belly.

    was wondering if there is anything i can do to concentrate on losing the weight from this area??
    any advice appreciated.

    In my experience, when you lose weight it comes off your boobs first.
    But we all have certain body shapes & you often have to make the best of what you have. A well fitting bra (bramora is an excellent shop for fitting) will help, as will knowing how to dress your shape.

    I'm top heavy too, but I've found the place you gain it first is the place you lose it last unfortunately! You'll have to lose weight all over before you see the weight shift from your stomach - there's no magic way of just targeting that one area.
