16 year old from Tallaght, I'm going on GOMAD as I'm seriously underweight/skinny and will be bulking up, strength training & muscle building in general, Is it possible that there will be staff present.. that can help you, show you the correct way to do the exercise. etc. As cheap as possible too, please

I suppose Westpark is the best gym in Tallaght. Unless you want to go to crunch fitness :rolleyes:
