    Hey All,

So I just got myself a new AEG.

It comes with a PEQ battery box, which I don't mind.

But I have a question for all you guys out there with PEQ battery boxes.

What way do you mount them on your AEG's?

Whats is the best way to keep the wires and connectors hidden, but allow for a relatively easy battery swap if needed?

    Thanks All,
    Bob

I throw mine on the top of the ris right at the front or on the right side, doesn't make a difference for battery changes really, still requires an allen key and a couple of screw drivers.

If it's the red wire and light coloured connector you're worried about, I generally would just either use black heat shrink tubing around the two wires or spray both wires black (leaving a strip of red at the end of the red wire so you can tell it apart) and spray the connector's outside black, makes it less noticable and is easy to do? at a glance it just looks like a pressure pad wire

Thats the pain, might pick up a second box at some stage just so I can just swap the box over instead of opening it up. LOL.

that's prob a good idea, If the wires and bright green connectors are less noticeable that is all I'm after.
