laser bore sight

    any one ever use a bore sight? they any good or just a gimmick:D

    they are rubbish, i have a bushnell and it will get you within a 6in circle if you set it at 25yards then 50 then 100, thats my experiance with it on 3 occassions, take out the bolt look trough the scope and barrel and you,ll be as close. done this the other day with s&b new scope and had it set in 7 shots, fired 3 shot in 2in circle at 115 yards, that will do me.
