    In my case several things

    Breakfast cereals can play havoc with my insides
    • Cheerios - brutal
    • All bran/Bran Flakes/Fruit & Fibre - pretty damn bad
    • Oatibix - disgraceful, I was like a human sewerage system after eating them, never again

    Fruit - apparently I'm not the only on but the main culprit here are bananas. Dear god, once has 3 in one sitting. Could've filled a hot air balloon after

    Beer - nuff said but strong Eastern European beers are the worst for me

    How about you?
