Mag issue :S

    I have a Mid-Cap AK74 mags and 1 (What I think is) a DBOYS AK74 High Cap.

My problem is that my mid-cap is constantly misfeeding bbs. (Its not a BB issue as Im using TNT BBs) I think the problem is the mag does not sit in the AK propperly. If I push the mag up into the AK it will continue to fire normally, But I cant be doing that every time I want to take a shot.

However, My High-cap sits and fires constantly with no problems. I just click it in, Pull the trigger and BBs start flying. How can I fix this Mid-Cap issue or is that a standard issue with Mid-Caps?

I've seen this with a CYMA AK-47. There's at least a couple of different airsoft types of AK mags, slightly different sizes with the bit that engages the catch in slightly different places. I think the solution is to try-before-you-buy with magazines; my mate who was having this issue with his CYMA gun got a bunch of King Arms mags which work just fine.

Cheers for that. I did notice the Mid-Cap was slightly smaller then the High-Cap. Shame really. I'll sell them on boards so, Im sure someone out there could use them.

when i first used mid caps i found they didnt feed right either, the spring inside the mids can somtimes get tangled up in itself. i had to strip them to fix this. have you tried feeding only a few into the mag?

Use adhesive tape around the top of mag. Mid-Cap will not move during shooting
