    Hi,
I finished work start of 2009, received JSB for 312 days until roughly January this year. I am due to have a baby soon and have applied for maternity benefit. The relevant tax year they will base this on is 2008 probably. But I'm wondering due to the fact I previously got JSB will this mean my stamps/prsi contributions are used up from 2008, and therefore I won't get benefit? I find stuff like this confusing!

Thanks Deemy. I've had one or two days work in the 16 wks beforehand so I'm praying that'll cover me.
