Andy Bolton Seminar Tullamore August 22nd

I've Booked Andy to come and do a seminar at the gym on August 22nd 2010. There will be only 25 places available. The cost of the seminar will be £40 sterling. The seminar will include a deadlift demonstration by andy as he prepares for his big comp in Finland in october, how to train the squat, bench press and deadlift using correct form, how to train for explosive power and also help with planning your own training cycles. Questions and answers throughout the day.
