    Hiya,
Hope y'all can give me some pointers.
    Stats - Female 5'3, 36, 133lbs.
Since last Summer I've lost 2stone with weightwatchers.
I also started running, now I'm training for the half-marathon in September.
Now if I was to continue on the ww points, my current points allowance is only 16, not including any bonus points, (when I was losing weight I never used bonus points gained from exercise)

So I'm doing quite a bit of exercise these days & will be continuing on for another 11 weeks of training. For example -
    This week
    Monday-pilates
    Tuesday - 3mile run
    Weds - weights @ gym
    Thurs - 3 mile run
    Fri - rest
    Sat - weights @ gym
    Sun - 4 mile run.

I'm thinking I'd like to lose another 7lbs to get my bmi down to 22.5. Question is do I go back to points (maybe 18 a day because of the training) or do I try a more sports nutrition angle. If it's the former, that's fine, I know what to do, the latter I know very little about.

    Thoughts please :)

you would get to where you want to be quicker when you add in some body weight exercises, core work etc

re diet just dial it in more by looking at your carb levels and making sure you are getting in enough protein and good fats
