Lipo battery low voltage alarm

    Have only heard about these a while ago. Anybody know if there any good or breifly how the work and if their a must get, also where the hell I can get one and fast at that (as I don't want mine to blow up in my hand or gun or anywhere in my house for that matter:p)

    what voltage lipo are you looking to use 7.4v or 11.1, with the 7.4vs you only have two cells and it is not possible to discharge the cells to a dangerous level. The small danger is with 11.1v lipos as they ave 3 cells and the cells can discharge to a dangerous level and the aeg still function meaning you can carry on discharging the battery to a dangerous level, if im using a 11.1 i use a warning alarm from component shop http://www.component-shop.co.uk/html/lipo.html just sets of the alarm when the cells get to low

    I'm using the 7.4v......... so I shouldn't blow anything up then.... phew. Thanks for the advice, as I didn't know that the 7.4v are not really that dangerous. Thanks Puding
