Hi all,

Im just about to start dealing with a company in the north. I have downloaded all their (companies house) documentation for the last few years.

Does anyone have a clue as to why a company might make this change?

is there a chance there is some skulduggery going on?

P.S. i saw on a TV show recently how one might seperate ones real person (as a human) from ones legal entity status (given name), as a way to escape from debts that your legal person has acquired. Might this be what is going on??
