Improving my kick flexability

    Hey folks,.
    I recently started Thai kickboxing and im just wondering what you think would be the best way to go about improving flexability on my kicks.

    Should i join a pilates class or a yoga class what would be more help.
    And if either where would be a good place that does classes i train out of Swords so north side would help,

    i spent years playing football so iv very thigh hamstrings and cant kick near head height and feel it will hold me back, Also even if you know of any good websites that could help
