I think I've figured it's about some chick and her bloke is trying to get her drunk on her birthday by pouring drink into her mouth.

However, when I heard it initially, and actually I still think it might be a double entendre type of thing, but I was pretty sure it was about some bloke and it was his girlfriends birthday and he was basically whackin his jack into her mouth - as a present for her.

I was like - Awesome!
