On the supps, it will more than likely be cheaper to buy protein and creatine seperately, pure creatine monohydrate is relatively cheap.

As far as im aware, there is no harm in double dosing multivitamins as you will excrete any excess, im open to correction on that though. As for which brand is better, you should just check the supplement facts for concentration or potency or whatever.

I use holland and barret ABC+, im pretty sure my 350 tabs cost less than 30 euro.

Also, if you talk to your butcher im sure you can come to an arrangement re buying in bulk

What's your diet like? If you are eating a well balanced diet with lost of veg, some fruit, meat, fish, healthy fats and some low GI carbs, then the most you should need, if you need anything is a good multi vitamin.

Some of the Animal products are banned in Ireland due to the high levels of certain vitamins they contain. Why would you bother taking double doses when you will just pee the excess back out. What a waste of money.

SECOND---i want to get protein + creatine.....im thinking of getting bsn syntha B.........im thinking of spending about 50 euro on each for a month supply..........

Again what's your diet like. Are you not or can you not meet your protein requirements from real food?

im also thinking of getting glutamine.........and maybe nitric oxide but i dont really know too much on them 2................

Why are you thinking of using Glutamine and NO?

If you don' t know what these supplements are supposed to do, they you really should not be taking them IMHO.

oh..........and were is the best place to buy boneless chicken {nuggets-gugeons-fillets}.....in bulk.........i heard there,s a big butchers somewhere near coolock were you can buy them really cheap

I understand that there is a recession on, and that money is tight for a lot of folks, but buying this cheap boneless chicken, you are getting a factory rared, mass produced product, which has been fed on the cheapest food available, so you will not be eating the most nutritious protein source.

IMHO this is false economy. Personally I would rather eat less of free range chicken than a load of factory rared, as I firmly believe that it is a more nutritious product.

IMHO you really should have you diet dialed in and have it 95% clean (at least) before you start to consider supplementation. And then you should understand exactly what you are putting into you body and have a solid understanding of the results you expect from each supplement.

All to often you see guys taking all kinds of pills and potions just because their friends do, or some magazine advertised them as the latest way to get a huge chest, bulging biceps and ripped abs.

None of these pills, powders or potions are worth a damn if your diet is not right, and you are not consistently lifting heavy. These products are meant to supplement an already good diet, They are not magic beans that will build muscle and shed body fat with little effort on the users part.

vitamin/minerals are dirt cheap if i take 2 instead of one i can be sure im getting what i need even if i excrete what i dont use........

i pretty much just eat whatever i want whenever......including full cakes by myself some days......im not skinny......i have a lot of muscle and i dont really put on fat.......

i do read up on what supplements i want......

im only sort of starting lifting properly now but im going for at least an hour a day.....

i hear glutamine helps the speed at which your muscle repairs and stops stiffness/pain in muscles........

as for nitric oxide i think it has somthing to do with better transport in your body of minerals/vitamins/amino acids.........arney always says its the most important supplement

You can be sure you are getting what you need if you eat a balanced and varied healthy diet and take a good quality multivit to cover any possible gaps. But hey, it's your body and your money....

i pretty much just eat whatever i want whenever......including full cakes by myself some days......im not skinny......i have a lot of muscle and i dont really put on fat.......

So that would be a NO to your diet beign dialled in and 95% clean (at least). Your body will eventually have to cash the cheques you write today.

i do read up on what supplements i want......

    Glad to hear it

im only sort of starting lifting properly now but im going for at least an hour a day.....

Well then IMHO you would be better served getting your diet sorted and spending the money you are prepared to spend on supplements on good quality chicken, beef, turkey, slamon, tuna etc

i hear glutamine helps the speed at which your muscle repairs and stops stiffness/pain in muscles........

I have found to to aid with recovery.

as for nitric oxide i think it has somthing to do with better transport in your body of minerals/vitamins/amino acids.........

NO is popular IMHO because of the "Pump" it gives to the muscles. Yes, it is supposed to allow more blood flow into the muscle, which provides the pump. And as I said if you have a healthy diet which is supplying healthy doses of vitamins and minerals, then the extra blood flow should help shuttle these nutrients into the muscles.

But again I will state that IMHO this should all be done when the basics are in place (clean diet, consistently lifting heavy)

arney always says its the most important supplement

Well enough said. If Arnie said they are the most important , then who am I to argue?

thanks man........and i wasnt saying i trust everything arney says .it was more of a question about why he says its so important rather than a suggestion that his opinion makes the rumours factual..............
