well my feet arent as small as yours - apparently I am 4.5 in one foot and just under 5.5 in the other. however I have broad foot and am lucky if 5.5 fits me. i wore 6 for years. I find dubes are good as my baby toe can stick out in them although this has given me teh problem of being super sore in tigher shoes! I always have to get at 5.5 shoes plus

I'm not sure if this will help, but have you tried duo shoes? www.duoboots.com. It says boots but they sell shoes also. I'm not sure if they do your small size, but I find them good.

Clarkes fit a much wider foot than usual in some of their school shoes and runners, but I don't know for going out shoes.
