News: NASRPC to reduce competition entry fees for Unemployed, Pensioners and Full-time Students.

    Last year the NASRPC charged
    €12 per discipline per match.

This year that was reduced to
    €10 per discipline per match
and for many matches where there were a large number of disciplines we introduced a discounted entry fee, if taking part in all disciplines.

Now the NASRPC committee has decided to reduce entry fees for competition by 50% for the Unemployed, Pensioners and Full-time Students bringing the entry fee to
    €5 per discipline per match
    for people in those categories.

The combination of increased club and range costs, license fees, potential court fees and the current recession makes it more and more difficult for people to take part in their sports.

NASRPC wants to ensure that it is part of the solution and not part of the problem.

The next NASRPC competition is in East Coast Shooting Club on Sunday July 4th.
This change will be introduced at that match and all following matches.

Relevant ID will be required to avail of these reduced entry fees.
Only one discount may apply at a time.

If you have any questions or would like to know whether or not you qualify for this or how to avail of this reduced entry fee please email competitions@nasrpc.ie for more details.

Any initiative to encourage more people to take part in the sport is to be welcomed and to reduce the entrance fee, especially in the current climate is a great idea.

Hopefully it will have a noticable impact on the numbers attending.
