My boyfriend Recently started a work placement programme
and he hasnt showed up for it fro a few days obviously he has lost the job
as they will offer to some one that really appericates it! !

i think they can stop his dole now?
    he says they cant

can any one shed some light on this for me? cant find any info on the welfare site?

I think they can stop his dole as he refused work by not turning up/lost his job by not turning up , they will get the idea that he doesn't want to work and wants to stay on Social Welfare because he is too lazy to work.

I think payments are stopped for nine weeks.

This probably isn't the smartest thing to do, but you could phone your local social welfare office and ask them.
