Gyms in Waterford Area

Hi, I’m an old lifter thinking about retiring in the Waterford area.

I’m old, very old. (68) I lift three days a week and cycle three days a week. I’m looking for a gym where I can bang a plate at times, grunt when I squat, put a little chalk on my hands or shoulders or body and move a lot of iron.

Does Waterford have any of these fine old gyms still?

    TIA,

    Burr

It is invitation only but I think that if you are a serious weight lifter, they will take you on.

well I've never met the OP but based on stuff like:
I lift three days a week and cycle three days a week
I reckon they'll welcome him/her in with open arms then.

    Enjoy your retirement mate :)

I'll try to answer you when I know why.

And, I am looking right now. The USA is not all it's made to look like. As I'm sure Ireland is also.

So who are you? Where do you live and what do you do?
