Just a quick question, does anyone know if Kevin-Prince and Jerome Boateng will be the first brothers to be on opposing teams in a World Cup match when Germany play Ghana in a few days?

    I'm fairly sure they are.
Heres a history of brothers in World Cups but they all seem to have been on the same side.

Could be a few meaty tackles coming Kevin's way after the Ballack incident.

Doubt he'll play but it will be interesting to watch Kevin-Prince v Germany :).

Thanks for replies lads, it certainly will be interesting, could be a table quiz question few years down the line. Just googled about it there and it seems they are not on good terms over Kevin's tackle on Ballack.

    Hopefully Jerome will play!

I never saw the tackle that put Ballack out, was it particularly nasty?

Pretty bad alright but Ballack had slapped him in the face earlier so he had it coming!

Wont let me watch due to copyright, had a look for another one and could only find what seems like mobile phone footage...looked a nasty one though

That's strange that you can't view it. Here's a good picture of the incident:

 slightly late and high then!

Must be a variation in copyright laws between UK and Ireland thats blocking it for me.

Tackle wasn't that bad, certainly not as bad as the picture makes out. You'd see similiar in a lot of matches, Ballack was just unlcuky.
