Im working with some oyher people (trainers) to open a training facility in Limerick that targets teams and individuals interested in the strongman/caveman style of training.

We are looking for ideas and suggestions for what we are doing. We have designed a circuit for teams which is broken into 60 second segments and there are 20 different sections which are as follows

    1. Log press
    2. Farmers walk
    3. Prowler push
    4. Super yoke
    5. Atlas Stones
    6. Olympic lifting
    7. Sand bag loading
    8. Sand bag torso twists
    9. Dips
    10. Chins
    11. Boxing bag
    12. Keg press and throw
    13. Arm over arm rope pull
    14. Tyre flips
    15. Axel clean and jerk
    16. Donkey Kong
    17. Reverse bench pulls
    18. Power lunges
    19. Sled drag
    20. Power bag sprints
This is designed to be a complete all rounder and put any team through there paces.

Week 1-2 each section is 60 second
Week 3-4 each section is 70 seconds
Week 5-6 each section is 80 seconds
Week 7-8 each section is 90 seconds

There will also be a 1 km run on an obstacle course for added pain.

We really want suggestions so all help is welcomed and appreciated

Week 1 all weights are light eg log press 40 kg but they are for reps which will make a difference.

We can also cater for teams individual requirements but we feel this is pretty comprehensive and will test the fittest and strongest of athletes.

Fair play, and good luck with it. Only wish there was something similar up here.
