    BBC 2 (England) are showing live European Team Championships from Norway. If you have Sky it's in the freeview section BBC channels.

    Dwain Chambers just ran 9.99 in the mens 100m :)

    Tomorrow , coverage kicks off at 2.10pm

    and
    Uk Championships on BBC 2/ red button 4.15-5.30/6.30

    27th
    Uk Championships on BBC 2 5.30 - 8.00
