Where in Dublin city centre can you get guys' linen trousers?

Marks & Spencers. Check out the linen suits - being sold as separates rather then as a suit. :)

Linen trousers are a classic, I'd think that a lot of men have them in their wardrobes

Dunnes & Pennys - both around the €15/20 mark

Next and M&S both have a large range. Prices start at around 30 euro. Could be wrong but I think the Dunnes and moreso the Penneys, are linen blend, which are easier for ironing but less comfortable. My husband found the Next ones to be the most comfortable and nicest fitting. He wore them to a wedding in Italy last week.

I bought a pair in Zara for about ~40E as part of a suit. Very light and comfortable.

Also bought a pair of linen/cotton blend jeans in M&S from ~35, also very comfortable.
