Well i think the average annual milage is 12,000 miles..
So your looking in and around 100,000..

Totally subjective. I've just bought a 1995 car with 200,000 miles but the source was so good it was so well minded, I was prepared to take the chance.

Look at the general condition of the car, not the mileage.
Some high mile cars are better maintained than cars with lower miles.

Just multiply the age of the car by 12,000 to get the average mileage.

ie; 2001 car is 9 years old so 9 x 12,000 = 108,000. If this particular car had 150,000 miles on it, its a very high miler.

Regular servicing can prolong a cars life by years so its not all about mileage.
