    Hi all,

    Just wondering does any one have an idea where to send the Back to school allowance form back to? .
    Have trawled through Welfare.ie , Citizen Information and also contacted both my local welfare office and Health Centre to be told to contact the HSE on a number that nobody is answering...
    All I need is an address ? does anyone know where it goes ?

    hi just been on citizens info site myself, got my address for my area, but the wexford area hasn't been updated yet. Try your community welfare officer they might be able to help. All info was only updated on the 15th of this month so maybe give it another day or so.

    Got sorted, letter can in the mail today with application form and an address to return it to .. They might have updated the website now..
