I cant go to oxegen anymore so I want to sell my ticket to my friend. It has my name on it since I bought it from ticketmaster. If she goes with it and they ask her for id theyll see its a different name...will that matter?

Won't matter at all, no worries!
Only personalized tickets so far in Ireland were afaik issued for Miley Cyrus.
