Anyone got advice for me, I have n't cycled or ran in 10 weeks sinnce I got a prolapsed or slipped disc in lower back. Just wondering how other people have managed to get back after injury. Been swimming and it is alright, ran twice last week only 5km and 4 km and it was painless, but feels a bit weak the day after. Doing core work now to rebuild.

Sorry to hear of your injury but glad you're recovered or recovering. Six weeks can feel like forever.

Thanks, it's tough. Was at a tri at weekend, did the swim leg, better than nothing. Weird watching the bike and run when you should be in the middle of it. Still it helps motivate, otherwise laziness and idleness is the pits, and I love lazy days.
