    Did you strip the threads or did it just unscrew itself?

    You can buy replacement cleats, they wear out and need to be replaced like lots of things.

    Make sure they are compatible with your pedals and shoes though.

    Cheers, one screw just fell out, went back for it but couldnt find the thing! first time i've used them :rolleyes:

    got a pile of em in my toolbox (never throw screws away when changing cleats)
    unfortunately i'm not in dublin

    Any bike shop should have them or a good engineering supply shop.

    PM me your address and I'll stick one in the post to you. They need to be pretty tight or the cleat will twist and you might have a lot of trouble unclipping.

    Cheers for the offers, popped down to the cycle superstore and they gave me a spare one, so cheers to the boys down there.
