    Auster 5A G-AKWS arrived on Monday afternoon - its great to see such an old bird still on the go and painted in Army Air Corps colours to boot!

    Yes I watched it land on Monday afternoon. Beforehand though the pilot flew into the R15 despite at least two previous instructions from the tower to turn right away from it as he flow in fro mthe southeast. I wonder did he get a rollicking?

    Thanks , I was wondering why I was buzzed a million choppers last Sat . Figured it may have been horse racing or something , but that explains it
