Four of us are heading up to do this at the weekend. Anyone else going?

Just wondering have any boardsies done it before, have you any tips? From the course profile it seems like the only major hill is going over the bridge. The race on Saturday starts at 8.30pm - how did/would you handle this regarding meals - would you go for one large meal at lunch time and then maybe just snack in the evening before the race?

Surely the race starts at 12 midnight? Or is there a second race later?

Starts at 8.30pm (Thank God) so if you're aiming for 3.30 you should be crossing the finish line round about then...

I am doing this also with a mate of mine, booked and all. Its a one off and am looking forward to it. Any reports I've read on it seem to be positive.
