    It's not Broadband.

It's Mobile Phone network Mobile Data with a home WiFi router.

    See http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=1147

    15Gbyte is NOT a "Whopping Allowance", it's 1/2 a reasonable amount.

120G Byte (UPC Cable) is a "Whopping Allowance"

I know O2 are now offering landline broadband for business, but is it available for home users too? I hadn't heard, and if it's not, then it will just be midband, as watty pointed out.

If they are offering DSL, it'll be re-sold eircom DSL, same as most other providers, and you'll still need to pay eircom for line rental.

    It doesn't use "landline"

    http://www.o2online.ie/shop/broadband/home/

"O2 Home broadband" is definately WiFi Router + USB 3G/HSPA Mobile Dongle.

Any other O2 product will involve the Line Rental (They will pay it to eircom)
