im having trouble with sky the last two days and was just looking at my signal again under the settings. input 1 signal strength and quality is zero and input 1 lock indicator is not locked but i can still watch tv but can only record what im watching, input 2 signal strength and quality is ok. i thought i wouldn't be able…

im having trouble with sky the last two days and was just looking at my signal again under the settings. input 1 signal strength and quality is zero and input 1 lock indicator is not locked but i can still watch tv but can only record what im watching, input 2 signal strength and quality is ok. i thought i wouldn't be able to watch tv if input 1 signal was zero. also i can only get programme info on the station im watching. i can switch over the cables going into the back of the box but that just gives me signal for input 1 but zero for input 2. everything else is the same, no recording other stations and no info on other channels.
