i'm prone to break outs when i get stressed or during period. at the moment i've had a break out of kind of cold sore/wart things in a cluster so theres about 8 tiny ones all together, the clear kind not the open red sore kind. just wondering if anyone has any tips for getting rid of them?

For soft and clear skin I use St. Ive's Warming Facial Scrub and find it brilliant.

    I use it 1-2 times a week.

I also find it good for spots (it helps them disappear, for me anyway). I have oily/combination skin.

It cost me around €7 or €8, but that was 2-3 months ago, and I still have nearly a full tube left, so it lasts ages.

I massage it well into my face and after I have finished massaging it into my face, I leave it on my skin for about 2 minutes (or less if you prefer).

I have also started using the St.Ive's Daily Microdemabrasion facial scrub and again, I find it good.

For spots/break-out's I also find a face mask good for clearing them. I use the Botanics Conditioning Clay Mask.

Also, after I wash my face and before I put on my moisturizer I put some Witch Hazel Clear Pore Gel on and I find it great for clearing spots/break-outs/blemishes.

    Hope this helps.

The Clinique 'Anti - Blemish' Solutions range is a great way to keep spots/blemishes at bay... its the only thing that works for me!

Do you know where stocks the St Ives Microdermabrasion Scrub? I can't find it in my local Boots, chemists, supermarket :(

Mullingar Pharmacy - it's actually the name of the chemist.

    It's on Pearse Street

those st ives scrubs are in most tescos also, as well as Hickeys Pharmacy, so which ever is closest to you, I am sure you will find them... bought 2 for €6 in hickeys a few weeks back so got the microdermabrasion one and the warming one, both great on my t zone and especially on my nose pores...

Tea tree oil. Any boots will do it. Amazing stuff. Very strong so maybe put a few drops on a cotton bud and run it under the tap.

Sorry, 'Boots'. The footwear will be less helpful.
