Udo oil

    Does udo oil aid much in weight loss and the building of muscles as i am 19 years old and 18 stone so want to loose as much weight as possible b 4 starting university in september - 2 months away so any advice and answers to the questions would be gr8

    No, it doesn't. It's an oil, with the same calories as the oil you fry chips in.

    The best way to build muscle is to do strength training. If you don't want to go to a gym, start doing bodyweight squats, lunges, press-ups, dips, pull-ups, crunches, plank etc. Grab a couple of big bottles of water and do wood choppers, shoulder press, bent over rows etc.

    Do cardio. Lots of walking, dancing, climbing stairs etc.

    And get your diet in check. A good diet will be your biggest weapon in cutting the bodyfat.

    Well for the price you would hope so but sadly no it wont! Jesus what sort of 18 year old can afford Udos oil!? Go buy some beer for gods sake :p
