    Hi,

Just looking for advice on toning my arms. Im quite active, i run a good few times a week, do a bit of yoga and cycling, and am happy with my size, its just my arms, they just need toning. can anyone recommend an 'arm toning' workout...

any help would be much appreciated

Toning means losing fat and gaining muscle but presumably you mean the latter.
If you mean the former then you must lose fat off your whole body to get it off your arms.

Arms consist of biceps, triceps and forearms - yes you can target them in isolation with any kind of bicip curls, tricips presses (eg skull crushers) and reverse curls & writst curls for the forearms.

do 12 sets of exercises twice a week - heavy as you can manage for 8 - 12 reps.
