Maybe a mod could edit and add a poll?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 918 ✭✭✭MarieC

took me a few minutes but hopefully the poll here will do the job!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,550 ✭✭✭✭Krusty_Clown

Ask me again next year and the answer will be different. For the time-being:
C'mon the 35-40 males! We can do it!

Is it just BAC members you want to answer or any ART-ists?

another vote for the 25-30 age group, can we make a single-sided distribution ;)

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 4,832 ✭✭✭littlebug

Ahh did a category just change or did I mess up :o I'll be into the next one in a few months anyway so it doesn't really matter. Today I feel more like 41-45 than 36-40 anyway :(

just me tidying up the overlap e.g. 25-30 and 30-35 both existed meaning a 30 y.o. belonged in two places.

    The big 3 - oh

After the Wickow Way relay on Saturday, I feel like a 70 y.o., but really I'm a 33 y.o. male (and we're storming ahead in the poll).

You may be winning this round, but some day, when you least expect it, we'll drag you kicking and screaming into our group.

    God ye are all old.

Why are the 40 year old's included with those of us in our 30's? Speaking as someone desperately clinging to the last few months of 30-dom, I feel it unfair that those has-beens who have breached 40 should be given reprise. Let them be banished to their 40-45 category, and allow me wallow in the belief I can still cut it with the kids.
Now, who'll join me for some hedonistic drinking, loose morality, liberal voting; and other such youthful pastimes:)

Disgraceful ageist comment against us youthful 40s. As soon as that really strict new moderator sees this, you'll be in trouble!

    Oh, hang on ....

Give me a couple more months, and I'll come round to your way of thinking, he'll get his just desserts then.

I'd be interested in also seeing what's the breakdown of those with / without kids (and number?) due to the time and energy commitment involved in family life.

There must be a handicap system available somewhere .
