SKY HD has an HDMI port......

so...fire up Google.....type in 'hdmi to vga adaptor'...

and then check that someone makes one the right length for you !!

Is the projector HD Ready/Full HD? If it isn't it wont be HDCP compliant and therefore the Sky box will not pass on the HD signal via the HDMI connection.

You could get a HD Fury adapter which should do the trick but best to ask a few questions first. The guys on the forums at http://www.curtpalme.com/ will be able to help you.

If your projector is HDCP compliant then simply find an adapter cable as suggested by Aidans.

Aidans & I were both wrong here. This wont work because VGA is analogue and HDMI is digital so simply getting a conversion cable wont do the trick.
