First thing that leaps to mind is is that the Etendard long though it may be in service is not a hundred years old. Presumably they mean the naval air arm itself?

I have to say I hate commemorative schemes. Just a personal quirk. My fav Frenchie aircraft is and remains the F1, peculialrly enough.

Of course its the Naval Air Arm itself, it would be the first time ive heard of Super Etendard's being used in WW2:pac: Love the F1 Mirage myself too, much nicer than the Mirage2000
