Squeeky Disc Brakes

Hi all, I got a bike through the Bike to work scheme and after 7 months out of the saddle im loving it. I cycle about 15k a day to work and back. Im very happy with the bike a Cube Country Lite System, just one issue the disc brakes are squeeky is just a bedding in thing or do i need to adjust anything. Thanks in advance

Are they squeaky under braking, or while cycling/wheeling the bike?
