I have a shoulder injury for quite some time and I suspect its because I have done alot of press work such as DB press for the chest and DB shoulder press for the shoulders and neglecting the rear delts, plus you can really see that my shoulders roll forward

I saw the following video that transform did regarding band pulls and I have a few questions

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1oLCwkvul_o

1.How often should I do this exercise and at what rep range
2.would rear delt flyes do the same job?
3.Should I stop shoulder presses until this corrects itself, I dont have pain doing these exercises its when I do barbell or db bicep curls is when I really get bothered

Well its my video so -

    1. 3-4 sets of 15-20reps done at the start of sessions along with any dynamic warm up or do one set then the reminder as you work up your squats or deadlifts.
    2. No they wont
    3. stop benching in any way and biceps curls. do more standing barbell and dumbbell presses, way more shoulder dislocates, shoulder stretching, foam rolling etc wayyyyyy more pull ups/chin ups and some seated rows/cable rows.

All this will help as there are lots of shoulder issues addressed in the section -
