    This isnt a taxi service.

Try phoning one and asking them.

    31.4 km = €4.10 + €1.03 × 14 + €1.35 × 16.4 + €2= €38.56 + call out charge

I notice that I've received a yellow card....fair enough...sorry for being slightly cheeky....

This is a link that will give you a list of taxi and hackney services in the area. Maybe give them a call and see what they say.

Bear in mind that hackneys do not operate with meters so they must agree the fare before the journey begins. If it's a quiet time for them, you'll probably have a bit of haggle room but if they are busy, then you might be better getting a taxi with a meter.

I got a taxi from Dublin Airport to Baldonnel last year and it cost €50, so close to €60 I would imagine.
