They are different, well kind of, think of the Masada as the prototype of what became the ACR. There is no ACR on the market now. Magpul are making one (rumored to have Ares helping them) and it should be out this year.

The Masada has been out a while. It's made by A&K, a clone company and they are hard to get because of of things going on in China atm. G&P also sell the Masada which is the A&K version with the internals tweaked slightly.

The real Masada became the ACR. Magpul were not big enough to fully develop and sell it in large numbers so they did a deal with Bushmaster/Remmington to manufacture and sell it, and it got a name change. The easy way to tell the difference is the position of the cocking handle. The Masada has it on the mid upper receiver, the ACR has it repositioned further forward out of the way.

Captain Chaos as right one :P :)

And like is said before Tony has them, don't know if they're instock though because I think they're partner products of Ehobbyasia.com.
