Hi Guys, So basicially im trying to eat a bit better. I started last week having wraps. I have to say i found there very nice & filling.

I wouldnt be the best person for eating veg so i was hoping it could be a good way to eat veg by putting veg with chicken and a bit of bbq sauce.

I personally hate the taste of veg so thought this would be a nice way to get my veg in. The chicken i will be using will be proper skinless chicken from the butchers & the wraps are el de paso!

    Thanks

wraps are not great, they are still bread. I would try and get chappatis if you have an indian shop near you, they are small brown ones about 70 calories each and they actually have a taste. BBq sauce is full of sugar so maybe try another more spicy tomato based sauce.
