BBC HD supposed to be going full time in the autumn (not sure if it's going to be BBC1 or 2, or a combination of both). That will hopefully be carried via freesat seeing as the current BBC HD is. Five is also launching a HD channel; however, that may well end up like Ch4 HD, which isn't carried on freesat and you need a UK FTV card to view it via a Sky box. Don't know of any more; anybody?

Tjhere will be a BBC One HD which will mirror what is being shown on BBC One in SD (presumably in England) and BBC HD. BBC HD will show HD programming from the rest of the BBC's channels and will extend its broadcasting hours.

Thanks for the clarification. I wasn't sure what the exact plans were for the channel re. content.
