I'm looking at some one that has done this diet, i know some one that is starting out at it but feels very Hungry at late at night,

the way he has it is morning 25 min walk, Weetabix after your Walk 10.30 a pear, 1pm Soup, 3.30pm another pear, and then at 6pm your dinner only fish or chicken with as much greens as you like. but if you have 1 apple you cant have 2 pears.

this sounds of a gimmick, what type of Diet is this its more of a Veg diet then anything else? your meant to Eat every 2 hrs, small amounts, of protein and Carbs,

with this kind of diet can not be healthy with the amount of Weight people drop in so little time,

You're gonna get some serious muscle wasting on that diet. You will lose weight, but your % bodyfat will not change a whole lot.

You'll also feel hungry as hell and (probably) not stick to it... Yo-yoing back heavier than before because your body will have gone into low metabolism mode as it thinks there's a famine or something.

The idea is to lose fat not lean body mass, if you're going on such a large calorie deficit you need to maintain some semblance of protein intake.

I in no need in a diet i just know someone that is after starting it, and when they told me what their meal layout is, i just though it was madness,

Why only one meat a day?

It's one of those diets where you do lose weight because your calories are so low. Don't know why they are calling it a protein diet, there is only one serving of protein, and I'd take a guess it's a small one. It also seems to be criminally low in fat, and fat is an essential nutrient. Your body needs it, and will soon let you know you need it.

Any weight you lose on this diet, you'll put back as soon as you finish it.

im currently on this diet although i did only start it 3 weeks ago, i work full time so be honest i find it hard to fit in all the food! I dont think you'd go hungry on the diet because you have to drink so much water, i did struggle abit with the no eating after 7 rule. But this diet basically cuts out sugar and fat from your diet. I find im trying foods that i wouldn't have eaten before. Its all about getting into a routine with your food, making sure you eat a breakfast, lunch and dinner. So far im enjoying it and the 1 on 1 weigh in's means you can speak to them if your having any problems etc. I was recommended this by a friend who lost alot of weight and has since kept the weight off. Not sure if my opinion will change but so far i think its really good!
